· New ventures process leadership: Opportunity generation / detection, assessment & negotiation, technical & economics analysis management, due diligence management, agreements structuring & negotiation, Interaction with legal affairs & tax advisors, Executive Committee & Board presentation, approval process and Startup activities.

· Evaluated several business opportunities in Argentina, US, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, Perú, Bolivia, Venezuela, Ecuador, etc.

· Successfully managed the project leading to a farm-out and Joint Venture agreement with Shell for Joint Development of Bajada de Añelo, a Vaca Muerta Shale Oil & Shale Gas asset in Argentina involving commitments in excess of USD 350 million.

· Successfully managed the project leading to a farm-out and Joint Venture agreement with Petronas for Joint Development of La Amarga Chica, a Vaca Muerta Shale Oil asset in Argentina involving commitments in excess of USD 500 million.

· Successfully led the sale of a group of oil & gas assets to Pluspetrol, a transaction  involving USD 217 million.

· Successfully managed the joint bidding with a supermajor to participate in Neuquén’s 3^rd bidding round leading to the acquisition of 2 blocks with shale oil & gas potential.

· Successfully managed the signing in Bolivia of 6 TEAs with YPFB.

· Successfully managed several processes including Bid rounds, farm-in & farm-out for assets in Argentina and abroad

2002-2009 Joint Ventures - Argentina Division Manager – Marketing Direction.

· In charge of managing the interaction with our JV Partners regarding commercial, financial & technical issues. Involved in joint operations Budget negotiations & approvals. Covering all partnerships in Argentina with YPF, Petrobras, ExxonMobil, Apache, Pluspetrol, etc. Successfully managed the approval from partners regarding budgetary & project funding issues (annual Budget capex-opex USD +250 million).

· In charge of managing Governmental & Regulatory agencies relations & negotiations related with Hydrocarbon Law & Regulations compliance. Covering Federal & Provincial Authorities (Chubut, Salta, Neuquén, Río Negro, Mendoza & Santa Cruz). Involved in Concession Extension negotiations with Provinces.

· Participated in acquisitions & divestitures processes and negotiations for new blocks in Neuquén, Chubut, Santa Cruz, etc.

· Led operating costs reduction initiatives for different fields.
